About

How does a scientist turn into a psychic energy healer?! Well, it didn't happen overnight! I'm just a mom and wife, raising my family in the Minneapolis area, pushing and pulling like all of you trying to figure it all out! After finishing my Bachelor's degree in Biology and Master's degree in Psychology I spent several years at home with my young children as a stay at home mom which gifted me a lot of time for introspection and meditation. During that time, I fell into the wonderful world of Reiki. From there it quickly transformed me, how I think and how I relate to others. It changed me for the better.

Born and raised Catholic, I have gone through my share of questions and conflicts but after 10 years of training in energy work, owning a practice in this work and having experiences that have truly blown my mind, there's no question or doubt that Reiki is an aspect of God's omnipotent energy. I feel like Jesus came here on a mission to show us our true potential as humans. We still have a lot to learn.

This isn't something I meant to do for work or as a career, but I know for sure that it's part of my true nature and mission on Earth. I can humbly pledge here and now - my mission as "service to others" aligned. The work I do is with Him in mind and heart. Personally, I gain so much from helping people. I know how much Reiki & my spiritual growth has elevated my life and I want to share it with as many people as possible. I hope to share with you what I've learned and together we can help raise the frequency of our collective consciousness on Earth. Only then will we live together, peaceful in a place we all dream of that's full of potential.
